Fee Schedule for Changes or Cancellation
These fees may be assessed if changes are made after deposit, or if the booking is cancelled. Fees listed below are in addition to the supplier’s penalties. (Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Co’s:
Air deviation: $35.00 - $50.00 per passenger
Returned check: $50.00 per check
Cancellation: $35.00 per person
Name Change: $35.00 per person

When you purchase a flight, cruise, package tour, car rental, hotel or any other product, on our website, you accept our terms and conditions as well as those of the cruise line, airline, hotel, tour operator and car rental company. All of these supplier(s) are independent parties over which we exercise no direct control. We cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Nor do we assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment to you or your travel companions or group members resulting from the acts or omissions of anyone other than us or our employees, acting properly on our behalf. No employee, agent or representative of ours has the authority to modify, waive or alter any provision of this notice.
Unless the term “guaranteed” is stated in writing on your travel documents (tickets), invoice or itinerary, we do not guarantee any of supplier(s)’ rates, bookings or reservations; we are not responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to you in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside of our control.
